The connection to WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool on Windows 2019

  1. First, to connect to WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool, you should open port 80 by the TCP Protocol in the network properties on AWS Firewall.
  2. To access to WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool you should go by the link http://ip/webissues in a browser  (where in the link instead of “ip” type the real ip of the virtual machine on AWS).
    When you open the page, you will see the following:

By standard a superuser for the WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool has been created in the system, the login information is located on the virtual machine’s desktop in the file ”Read me”.

  1. After logging in, it is recommended to change the administrator password for security. This can be done by clicking the panel

 and then in a collapsing list

then click in the opened window:

  1. Next, in the “Current password” field, enter the password from the “Read me” file on the virtual machine desktop and in the “New password” and “Confirm password” fields, enter and confirm a convenient password:
