The connection to WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool on Windows 2019
- First, to connect to the WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool, you should open port 80 by the TCP Protocol in the network properties on the AWS Firewall.
- To access the WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool you should go by the link http://ip/webissues in a browser (where in the link instead of “IP” type the real IP of the virtual machine on AWS).
When you open the page, you will see the following:
By standard a superuser for the WebIssues Team Collaboration Tool has been created in the system, the login information is located on the virtual machine’s desktop in the file ”Read me”.
- After logging in, it is recommended to change the administrator password for security. This can be done by clicking the “Administrator” panel
and click
on a collapsing list
then click in the opened window:
- Next, in the “Current password” field, enter the password from the “Read me” file on the virtual machine desktop, and in the “New password” and “Confirm password” fields, enter and confirm a convenient password:
