- To connect to a VM, you need the PuTTY application to connect via ssh. You can download it at the following link: Download
- Once you have downloaded PuTTY, run the application and enter the VM address in the “Host” field. Then click “Open” to connect.
- In the console that opens, enter the username and password that were specified when the VM was created.
- You can now work with a completely clean version of Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS Minimal that has been adapted for use with Azure.
