Configuration and Connection to Libretime for Ubuntu
For Libretime to work, you must open the TCP ports 80, 443, 8000, 8001 in the network parameters in the Azure Firewall.
- To connect to the virtual machine you can use the PuTTY client (you can download it from the official site: https://www.putty.org/). When the app is started, you will see the following window:

- In the “Host Name (or IP address)” field you should enter the IP address of the virtual machine from the personal account in Azure. In the “Port” field enter the 22 value, select the “Connections type” – SSH and click on the “Open” button.
The following window will be opened:

In the window above you should enter the login and password of the user of the virtual machine. (while typing the password, the data isn’t displayed!)
After logging in, enter the command:
sudo nano /etc/airtime/airtime.conf
After executing the command, find the line base_url=137.117.103.32
In this line, you need to replace the IP 137.117.103.32 with the actual external IP address of the Azure virtual machine. After replacing the IP, press: “Ctrl + X” and then press “Y” and “Enter” to confirm the file entry.
Next, open a browser on any PC and go to the link http://IP – where “IP” is the IP address of your virtual machine on Azure. The following page will open:

To enter the Libretime system, click the “Login” button in the upper right corner.
