Guide – How To Start – Grafana® Statistics Dashboard on Linux CentOS 8.4

Grafana® Statistics Dashboard on Linux CentOS 8.4 hardened by Tidal Media Inc. to provide you with performing on pre-installed images that have been customized to have a small runtime footprint in order to increase workload density in environments where humans are not expected to log in.

Connecting to Grafana® Statistics Dashboard on Linux CentOS 8.4 using PuTTY

  1. To start the server, run the VM through Azure Portal.
  2. To work, you must open port 3000 (TCP) in the network properties in the Azure firewall.
  3. Install PuTTY. You can download PuTTY from the link – https://putty.org.ru/download.html Launch PuTTY.
  4. In the “Host Name” field, enter the IP of the virtual machine and click “Open”.
  1. In the window that appears, click Accept.
  1. Enter the username and password that was used to create the virtual machine.

(If you enter a password, it will not be displayed.)

  1. In the browser enter http://ip:3000. For example http://11.22.123.123:3000
  2. Enter your username and password in the window that opens. 

Username: admin

Password: admin
and click “Log in”

  1. In the window that appears, change the password to a more secure one and click “Submit”
